Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
How to Return
- Contact us to request a return authorisation.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
